Kathleen works with writers at all stages of their project; from teeing things up using Author Accelerator tools to offering feedback on completed manuscripts and guiding authors in pitching their polished projects.
She also specializes in supporting writers with plotting and pacing, developing characters’ internal world, structure, and organization.
Kathleen believes that so much of writing a book has to do with being willing to journey deep inside oneself. Therefore, she nurtures the creative process by building authentic relationships, inviting accountability, and helping authors stay motivated to find their own magic.

Book Coaching - Full Manuscript Review
Kathleen offers full manuscript review when a writer has a complete manuscript that they need help refining. She reads the entire manuscript and suggests revisions that are in alignment with the writer’s goals.
Manuscript Accelerator Program
Weekly coaching (Manuscript Accelerator Program) is about developing a project from the beginning with a writer. Most writers submit 20 pages every two weeks until their manuscript is complete. Kathleen offers written feedback as well as check in phone calls to support writers.
